Terms of Service

Last updated September 2026

These terms govern your use of Seven Liquidity, a non-custodial, privacy-preserving liquidity protocol on Robinhood Chain. They describe how the Interface works, what you are responsible for, and the risks involved. Please read them carefully.

01Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the Seven Liquidity website, application, and protocol (together, the “Interface”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Interface. If you use the Interface on behalf of an entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these terms.

02What Seven Liquidity is

Seven Liquidity is a set of autonomous, non-custodial smart contracts on Robinhood Chain that let you provide liquidity privately. It is non-custodial: you interact with the contracts directly from your own wallet and retain sole control of your assets and of the secret note that represents your position. Seven Liquidity does not take custody of your assets and cannot access, move, freeze, or recover them. We are not your broker, intermediary, agent, or fiduciary.

03Eligibility and lawful use

You represent and warrant that you are not located in, resident in, or accessing the Interface from a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, and that you are not named on any sanctions or restricted-party list, including the U.S. Treasury’s OFAC Specially Designated Nationals list.

The Interface screens connecting wallet addresses and withdrawal recipients against sanctions lists and may restrict access based on jurisdiction. You may not use the Interface to violate any applicable law, including anti-money-laundering, sanctions, or securities laws, or to facilitate any unlawful activity.

04Your note is the only key

Each deposit mints a secret note in your browser. That note is the only way to redeem the associated position. It is never transmitted to any server and cannot be recovered by anyone — including us — if it is lost. You are solely responsible for securing your note and any backups of it. Losing it means permanent, irreversible loss of the associated funds.

05No professional advice

The Interface and any information it presents are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any transaction and should seek independent advice where appropriate.

06Assumption of risk

You understand and accept that the protocol is experimental software; that it relies on third-party protocols and public blockchains outside our control; that smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities; that digital assets are volatile and may lose all value; that transactions are irreversible once submitted; and that network conditions, gas costs, and liquidity may affect outcomes. You use the Interface and protocol entirely at your own risk.

07No warranties

The Interface and protocol are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Interface will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

08Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Seven Liquidity or its contributors and affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, assets, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Interface or protocol, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

09Prohibited activity

You agree not to use the Interface for any unlawful purpose; to launder funds or finance illicit activity; to evade sanctions or export controls; to interfere with, disrupt, or attack the Interface, protocol, or other users; or to misrepresent your identity or eligibility.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent version. Your continued use of the Interface after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
