Privacy Policy

Last updated September 2026

Seven Liquidity is a privacy-preserving protocol, and this policy is written to match: your position lives in a note that never leaves your browser, and your withdrawals are never linked to your wallet. Here is exactly what the Interface processes to operate.

01Privacy is the point

Seven Liquidity is built so that neither we nor any third party learns your position or links your deposits to your withdrawals. This policy explains the little data the Interface does process to operate, and — just as importantly — what it is designed never to see.

02What stays on your device

Your note. When you deposit, a secret note is generated inside your browser. It is never transmitted to any server. Only a cryptographic commitment derived from it goes on-chain, and that commitment does not reveal your identity.

Your withdrawal history. Withdrawals are remembered only in your browser’s local storage, on the device that made them. The server never records which wallet withdrew.

Your sign-in session. After you sign a message to sign in, a short-lived token is kept in your browser’s session storage and is cleared when you close the tab.

03What we process

To operate the Interface, we process a minimal set of data:

  • your wallet address, to authenticate a session and to record a deposit intent for compliance and tier validation;
  • deposit-intent records (address, chosen tier, commitment, and status); and
  • standard technical data such as your IP address, used only for rate-limiting, security, and abuse prevention.

We do not collect your name, email, or other identity information, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

04Withdrawals are unlinkable

Withdrawals are authorized by a zero-knowledge proof and paid to a fresh address you choose. The server does not — and by design must not — record which wallet made a withdrawal, because joining a withdrawal back to a deposit would rebuild the exact link the protocol exists to break.

05Compliance screening

Connecting wallet addresses and withdrawal recipients are screened against sanctions lists (such as OFAC’s), and access may be restricted by jurisdiction. This screening is a requirement of operating lawfully and applies before a transaction is recorded or relayed.

06On-chain data is public

Transactions settle on the public Robinhood Chain and are permanent and outside our control. Commitments and nullifiers are visible on-chain, but they are designed not to reveal your identity and not to link your deposits to your withdrawals.

07Service providers

We rely on infrastructure providers — for example RPC/node providers, application hosting, and a managed database — that process technical and operational data on our behalf under their own terms and security controls. We do not sell your data to anyone.

08Data retention

We retain deposit-intent and technical records only for as long as needed to operate the Interface, meet legal and compliance obligations, and prevent abuse, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

09Your choices

You control your note and your local withdrawal history; clearing your browser’s site data removes them from your device. Because the protocol is non-custodial and privacy-preserving, we cannot identify you from your activity, and we cannot recover your note or your funds.
